About Little Learners
Little Learners ELC is part of the growing Little Learners Group, with services across Lake Cathie, Wauchope, Old Bar and Forster, and our new Port Macquarie service currently under construction.

About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play an important role in creating engaging learning experiences and building strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
You will work alongside a passionate team to:
· Build warm, respectful and meaningful relationships with children and families
· Create engaging learning environments inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach
· Support children's learning, development, wellbeing and sense of belonging
· Contribute to meaningful observations, documentation and programming
· Encourage children's curiosity, creativity, independence and agency
· Work collaboratively with your room team and wider service team
· Build positive connections with families and the local community
· Contribute to a positive workplace culture where educators feel supported, valued and heard
· Participate in professional development and opportunities to strengthen your practice
· Reflect on and contribute to continuous improvement within the service
About You

As part of our recruitment process, two professional references are required. References will be contacted as part of our standard recruitment and suitability assessment process.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards a recognised qualification
· Current Working with Children Check
· Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
· Current Child Protection and Child Safe training
· Two professional references
· A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
· A commitment to upholding children's safety, wellbeing, rights and dignity
