Good support doesn't need to be complicated - sometimes it's just showing up and being genuinely valuable company while you help someone get things done. If that sounds like you, we've got a participant in Quakers Hill who'd benefit from exactly that.
What You'll Be Doing
- Being a reliable, familiar presence during weekday afternoons
- Helping around the home so daily life runs a little more smoothly
- Getting out into the community together, whether that's an errand, an activity, or just a change of scenery
- Building real rapport with the participant and their family, so support feels like partnership, not a service
You're The Right Person If...
- You've supported someone with disability before, or worked in community services, and you know what steady, respectful care looks like
- You're patient, warm, and genuinely reliable - the kind of person people can count on
- You communicate well and build trust easily, with participants and families alike
- You're comfortable working in someone's home, alongside their family
- You hold a P2 or Open licence with a reliable insured car, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a Working with Children Check
Shifts Available

- Tuesday:
2:30pm – 4:30pm
- Wednesday: 2:30pm – 4:30pm
- Friday: 2:30pm – 4:30pm
