In these hands-on roles, we’re looking for people who care about customers and the community, and thrive in a structured work environment, taking on the responsibilities of their role.

You’ll be part of a team that provides land care and gardening services, minor building and operational maintenance services to paths, fixtures, and walkways.

We are looking for people who are safety focused,



motivated, and able to work according to operating procedures whilst proactively identifying problems and developing cutting-edge solutions. With your excellent communication skills teamed with strong computer skills, you’ll have the ability to learn and use new technologies.

As you’ll be working across the Geelong region you’ll need a current Victorian driver’s license.
