About the role

We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team at Conveyor Integrated Business Solutions (CIBS) in Perth, WA 6000. This is a full-time position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a leading provider of industrial solutions.

What you'll be doing

- Perform maintenance, repair and installation of industrial machinery, conveyor system skirts, liners, pulleys and gear boxes, pumps, drives etc.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance

- Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities

- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations

- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used

What we're looking for

- Formal trade qualification as a Fitter, Turner or Machinist

- Belt scraper experience preferred

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar industrial maintenance role

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work





- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Current driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required

- Travel to customer sites varies by project requirements
