About the role

APPRENTICE CARE MANAGER

OSMAC Apprenticeships has grown to become one of Queensland's largest employers of apprentices and trainees with industry leading practices resulting in completion rates amongst the best in the industry. We are currently recruiting for our Brisbane Southside office.

This role would suit a self -motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to care for, and mentor our apprentices/trainees to successful completion of their chosen vocation. Applicants with a successful account management background, or a customer service role servicing trades will be highly regarded.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

· Care of apprentices /trainees through effective communication.

· Monitoring of apprentices/trainee's performance by conducting regular assessments.

· Interviewing prospective candidates for our host employers

· Rotating apprentices between hosts to ensure they are employed and gaining the skills required to get trade qualified.

· Being aware of apprentice's well-being and providing support as required.

· Ensuring apprentices/trainees are progressing in a timely manner.

· Account management.

· Build relationships with other stakeholders such as schools,



JSA's,etc.

· Complete all necessary apprentice paperwork in accordance with OSMAC and Government requirements.
