? Your Role

Whether you're joining us as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in launching our new store, creating exceptional customer experiences and inspiring your team to deliver operational excellence.

Together, you'll:

- Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer experiences every day
- Recruit, coach and develop a passionate, high-performing team
- Create an engaging, positive and inclusive store culture
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards
- Drive sales performance while achieving commercial and financial targets
- Ensure stock,



merchandising, compliance and store presentation reflect the Koko Black brand
- Bring our passion for premium chocolate and exceptional service to life for every customer

? About You

You'll bring:

- Leadership experience in retail, hospitality or premium customer service
- A passion for coaching, developing and bringing out the best in your team
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive results
- A customer-first mindset and a love for creating memorable experiences
- Energy, adaptability and excitement about launching a brand-new store
- Confidence working in a busy, high-traffic retail environment
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods
- Bilingual language skills, particularly Mandarin or Cantonese, would be highly regarded and an advantage in connecting with our diverse customer base
