CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with batching plant experience for our client working on a Major Infrastructure Project based in Lake MacDonald, QLD.
This role will suit a hands-on Project Manager with strong experience in batching plant/fixed plant delivery, ideally within civil infrastructure and construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of a batching/fixed plant
- Coordinate mobilisation, civil works and plant foundations
- Oversee mechanical and electrical installation
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Coordinate commissioning and final handover
- Monitor project schedules, progress and delivery milestones
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and on time
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 5–10 years' Project Management experience
- Proven experience delivering batching or fixed plant projects
- Strong understanding of plant installation and commissioning
- Experience coordinating civil, mechanical and electrical works
- Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced site environment
What We Can Offer:
- $900–$1,100 per day + $50/day meal allowance
- Work vehicle and fuel card provided
- Accommodation provided for non-local candidates
- Monday to Friday roster
- 5-month project through to January 2027
- Opportunity to work on a major infrastructure project
