About the Role
As a Delivery Manager based at our Glen Waverley Depot, you will lead a team responsible for the delivery of maintenance and operational programs that support network reliability and asset performance. Working in a fast-paced workplace, you'll balance customer expectations, business priorities and workforce requirements to ensure effective outcomes across a diverse portfolio of work.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through strong leadership, sound judgement and a focus on operational excellence.
- Lead the delivery of maintenance and operational work programs to achieve safety, quality, budget and schedule targets
- Manage field employees, coordinators and contractors to maximise resource utilisation and productivity
- Drive operational and asset performance through planning, risk management and sound decision-making
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Coach and develop team members while promoting a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement
About You
You're an experienced leader who can motivate teams,
manage competing priorities and deliver strong operational outcomes in a safety-focused setting.
- Formal technical and/or trade qualifications and a current Australian Driver's Licence
- Experience leading office and field-based teams in the electricity, utilities, infrastructure or similar sectors
- Ability to plan and allocate workforce and contractor resources to deliver work safely and efficiently
- Strong knowledge of safety, risk and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing operational performance, budgets and contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar business systems
