We're looking for a customer-focused, organised, and proactive Service & Warranty Coordinator to join our vibrant Geelong team. Reporting to the Service and Warranty Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and coordinating customer service and warranty requests
- Supporting Service & Warranty Inspectors with administration and scheduling
- Monitoring and responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Liaising with trades, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Tracking jobs through to completion and ensuring timely follow-up
- Reviewing and processing supplier invoices
- Resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently; and
- Building strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience

The successful candidate will have:

- You may have experience in customer service, administration, construction, real estate, insurance, retail management, hospitality, call centres, or a similar environment
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
- A positive, team-focused attitude; and
- The ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Highly Regarded But Not Essential
• Residential construction or building industry experience
• Understanding of building plans, contracts or warranty processes
• Experience coordinating trades or service-related work
