About the Role

As the Room Leader, you will:

- Support the day-to-day leadership of the room alongside the leadership team

- Mentor and guide educators to deliver high-quality educational practices

- Lead curriculum development and reflective practice in line with the EYLF and Montessori philosophy

- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture

- Build strong relationships with children, families, and educators

- Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and Child Safe Standards

- Contribute to ongoing service growth, improvement, and quality outcomes

- Help create calm, engaging,



and developmentally appropriate learning environments for infants and toddlers

Essential Requirements

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards

- Current Working With Children Check (NSW)

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates

- Sound understanding of the:

- Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

- National Quality Standards (NQS)

- Child Safe Standards and Reportable Conduct Scheme

- Education and Care Services National Regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
