Manage an Iconic Premium Asset Backed by a Leading Property Fund

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join the management team of one of Perth's most prestigious commercial assets.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering first-class property management services across a premium-grade commercial property. This role offers the opportunity to work within a high-performing team setting and contribute to the performance of a landmark asset owned by a respected property fund.

We are seeking a commercially minded property professional with a strong focus on tenant relationships, stakeholder engagement, attention to detail, and operational excellence. While the role is suited to an experienced Commercial Property Manager, we are also open to high-performing Assistant Commercial Property Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career.

The Role

As Commercial Property Manager, you will support and partner with the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the asset, ensuring exceptional tenant experiences and operational outcomes.

Working collaboratively with the Facilities Management, Finance, and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for fostering strong tenant relationships, managing key stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the smooth operation and financial performance of the property.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the General Manager to deliver best-in-class commercial property management outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, customers, contractors, and key stakeholders.




- Drive tenant engagement initiatives and contribute to tenant retention strategies.
- Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the asset.
- Work closely with the Facilities Management team to ensure the highest standards of presentation, maintenance, and service delivery.
- Manage lease administration requirements and tenant obligations.
- Coordinate and support annual budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Liaise with the Finance team regarding property accounting functions, including:
- Rent collection
- Arrears management
- Reconciliations
- Financial reporting
- Budget monitoring

- Prepare management reports and provide regular stakeholder updates.
- Assist in implementing asset enhancement and value-add initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on events, communications, and tenant experience programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Experience in Commercial Property Management, ideally across office, mixed-use, or premium commercial assets.
- Alternatively,



experience as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager with the capability and ambition to step into a Property Manager position.
- Strong tenant engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to property accounting functions, including arrears management, reconciliations, budgeting, and reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to customer service excellence.
- The ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
