About the Role

Centred Care Nursing Agency is seeking compassionate, reliable, and skilled NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team in the Coffs Harbour region. This role involves providing high‑quality support within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home with multiple clients, ensuring each person receives personalised care that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team delivering daily living assistance, community access, behavioural support, and positive engagement for participants with varying support needs.

- Provide daily living support (personal care, meal prep, domestic tasks)

- Assist clients with medication prompts and routines

- Support community access, appointments, and social activities





- Implement behaviour support strategies (where applicable)

- Maintain accurate shift notes and incident reporting

- Work collaboratively with other staff in a multi‑client SIL home

? Mandatory Requirements (NDIS Worker Checks)

To work in an NDIS‑regulated setting, you must hold or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Working With Children Check (WWCC) – NSW

- National Police Check (within 3 years)

- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)

- CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)

- COVID‑19 Vaccination evidence (if required by client)

- Valid Driver’s Licence

- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (online completion)
