Trade qualified/4th year Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

- Competent in all areas of Plumbing & Drainage

- Possess good communication skills, be reliable, punctual, courteous and able to work on their own at times

- Ability to liaise with clients and other staff effectively

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and paperwork

Candidates with the following skills will be viewed favourably:

- Experience in Domestic, Commercial & Industrial Plumbing projects an advantage

- Excavator/Skid Steer/HR/HC/MC Licence an advantage but not essential

- Manual car licence an advantage but not essential

- Prior experience in maintenance plumbing will be advantageous

- Must have own hand tools

- Current Construction Industry White Card
