The Role:

Relay is your easy stop for your travel essentials on the go. With a wide range of drinks, snacks, and everyday must haves, plus friendly staff to help you out, it's convenience made straightforward - just what you need, right when you need it.

We’re looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Sydney Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

*Wide availability across the 7 days prioritised!
*Airport trading hours are wider so availability for morning/nights a bonus

What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for customer service & sales
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented
✅ Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)




✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
