Candii is recruiting multiple Residential Site Supervisors on behalf of a range of respected Perth & national home builders and we want to hear from supervisors at every stage of their career.

Whether you're a Leading Hand or Contract Supervisor ready to take the next step, an experienced supervisor running a full portfolio of homes, or a seasoned senior looking for a better builder to call home, we have opportunities to match your experience, your goals and the type of building you enjoy most.

Who we're looking for

We're partnering with builders across the full residential spectrum - volume and project homes, first-home and investment product, knock-down-rebuilds, custom and premium builds. That means we have roles suited to a wide range of backgrounds, including people who are:

- Newer to supervision and looking to grow, with trade or leading-hand experience behind them
- Established supervisors comfortable managing multiple builds through to handover
- Senior supervisors and construction managers seeking a step up or a change of scenery

What these roles typically involve

- Overseeing residential builds from slab through to handover and maintenance
- Coordinating trades, suppliers and construction schedules
- Ensuring work aligns with plans, specifications, building standards and safety requirements
- Delivering homes on programme,



on budget and to a high standard
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Identifying issues early and finding practical solutions on site

What you'll need

- Residential construction experience in a supervisory, leading-hand or site management capacity (level to suit the role)
- Australian working rights
- Current C Class Driver's Licence and White Card
- The ability to read plans and specifications, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
