ATP Science is a leading Australian health and performance brand, known for science-backed supplements and education-led marketing. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team and bring our brand to life across packaging, retail and digital touchpoints.

This is a hands-on role suited to a detail-driven designer who's just as comfortable prepping print-ready packaging artwork as they are designing assets for a digital campaign, and who takes pride in getting the details right.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll design and deliver artwork across packaging, print and digital channels that supports product launches, campaigns and retail activity. You'll be involved with a product from early packaging design right through to campaign launch, so you get to see your work land on shelf and in market. Print production is a big part of the role, so a solid working knowledge of packaging and print fundamentals will be key. You'll also work closely with marketing, e-commerce, sales and R&D; to bring products and campaigns to life, building your knowledge of the health space along the way.

Key Responsibilities

- Design digital assets for websites, EDMs, paid advertising and social media to support product launches, campaigns and sale events

- Create retail marketing and point-of-sale print assets to support product launches and campaigns

- Design and prepare packaging artwork for current products and product updates, ensuring print-ready files are accurate, on-brand and compliant

- Set up and check GS1 barcodes on packaging artwork to meet retailer and GS1 Australia requirements

- Maintain brand consistency across ATP Science and associated brands, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives and regulatory requirements

- Liaise with printers, packaging suppliers and external agencies to troubleshoot artwork and production issues

- Collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce, sales and R&D; teams to keep artwork aligned with formulation changes, compliance requirements and campaign timing

About You

- Minimum 1–2+ years' experience in a graphic design role

- Confident across Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva (After Effects is desirable)

- Strong working knowledge of packaging and print production fundamentals, (bleed, dielines, CMYK/spot colour, substrates and file prep for print)

- Practical understanding of GS1 barcode standards is desirable

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple design briefs and deadlines across packaging, print and digital channels at once

- A collaborative mindset and comfortable liaising directly with printers, suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot production issues

- A portfolio that demonstrates both creative range and production-ready packaging or print work

- Experience in health, wellness, or FMCG is highly regarded (but not essential)

What We Offer

- Competitive salary package

- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, science-led Australian brand

- Creative autonomy within a supportive marketing team

- Brisbane-based role with a collaborative, high-performance culture

- Birthday leave

- Free product allowance each month
