Whether you are an experienced Commercial Property Manager or a capable Residential Property Manager ready to move into the commercial sector, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive specialist environment.

Responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day performance of a commercial portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Lease administration, renewals, options and rent reviews
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
- Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
- Managing arrears, budgets, invoices and property outgoings
- Assisting with leasing and tenant negotiations
- Ensuring properties remain compliant and well maintained
- Providing proactive advice to protect and improve clients’ assets

- Experienced Commercial Property Manager seeking their next opportunity

You will ideally offer:

- Property management experience within either the commercial or residential sector
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail

- Current real estate registration and a valid driver’s licence
