Perrott Painting is seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand / Foreperson to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified painting skilled looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial repaint projects throughout the Perth Metro area.

Working closely with our Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of painters and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within scope.

About the Role

As a Leading Hand / Foreperson, you will:

- Work closely with the Project Manager to gain a clear understanding of project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Coordinate, supervise and work alongside your painting crew.

- Manage daily site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

- Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and clients.

- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

Essential Requirements

- Trade qualification in Painting and Decorating.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Ability to read and interpret project documentation and specifications.

- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.





- Current driver's licence.

- White Card.

- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

- Working at Heights accreditation.

- Current EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Licence.

- Experience as a Leading Hand/Foreperson.

- Experience working from:

- Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs)S

- Scaffolding

- Swing Stages
