We’re currently looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join a well-established and supportive team in Perth.
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own portfolio, working closely with clients and having a good level of ownership over their day-to-day work.

- $80k - $100k plus super, depending on experience
- Up to 2 WFH days per week, 1 RDO a month, and flexible schedule

The role

- Managing client and council enquiries
- Running meetings and preparing key documentation
- Coordinating maintenance and contractors
- Overseeing budgets, levies and compliance
- Building strong relationships with owners and committees
- Keeping your portfolio running smoothly day to day

About you





We’re looking for someone with previous Strata Management experience who is confident managing a portfolio and dealing with clients.

- Experience as a Strata Manager
- Good knowledge of WA strata legislation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to manage your time and prioritise competing tasks
