We’re looking for a Trainee or Assistant Strata Manager who is keen to learn, grow and succeed. Whether you come from a customer service background or you’re an already in property looking for a change, we want to hear from you!
ON OFFER:
You’ll join an experienced and supportive team that is passionate about bringing fresh talent into the strata industry. You’ll receive extensive training, hands-on experience and ongoing support from senior Strata Managers and leadership to give you the tools and knowledge you need to succeed.
Initially, you’ll work closely alongside a Senior Strata Manager, becoming heavily involved in their portfolio and learning the ins and outs of strata management. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you’ll gradually take on your own schemes and work towards managing your own portfolio independently.
You won’t be thrown in the deep end - the team is committed to developing the next generation of Strata Managers and has years of industry experience and knowledge to share.
ABOUT YOU:
- Confident and personable, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated and eager to build a career in strata management
- Enthusiastic, positive and genuinely willing to learn
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- A natural problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Qualified and confident when dealing with clients and stakeholders
- Keen to develop professionally and take on responsibility
- Experienced in property management is advantageous, but not essential
