Overview of role:
At Coliban Water, we're delivering the Rural Water Efficiency Project (RWEP)—a landmark investment that will modernise the Greater Bendigo rural water system, improve water security and create lasting perks for more than 1,150 rural customers. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Support Officer to support the successful delivery of this exciting program.

Reporting to the Project Support Coordinator, you'll provide project coordination and administrative support across the Rural Water Efficiency Project. Working closely with the Project Director, Senior Managers and project teams, you'll help keep projects on track through effective coordination, reporting, financial administration and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities:

In this varied role, you will:

- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, papers and take minutes.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and presentations.

- Track project actions, risks, issues, budgets and milestones.

- Support project governance and reporting activities.

- Process invoices and assist with financial administration and expenditure tracking.

- Maintain project records and document repositories.

- Support stakeholder communications and change management activities.

- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

About you:

You're a highly organised and capable administrator who takes pride in delivering quality work, supporting projects and stakeholders, and staying composed and effective when working to tight deadlines.

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Experience in project administration,



project support or program coordination.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Strong written communication skills, including preparing reports, correspondence and meeting minutes.

- Experience supporting financial administration, reporting or project documentation.

- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

- A collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary:

The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 3 $74,200 - $90,097 plus superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
