Our Client:

This prestigious and leading multi-national freight forwarder and logistics provider with a strong global and local presence. They are looking someone that has worked with a freight forwarder in a transport capacity.

The Position:

- Co-ordinate domestic transport deliveries, with a strong focus on customer service and meeting customer expectations, while maintaining KPI
- Maintain smooth and productive domestic transport movements through Transport Management System (TMS)
- Manage end-to-end transport jobs through balancing excellence in customer service, cost effectiveness and business profitability
- Proactively resolve transport issues to minimize disruption
- Ensure accuracy in data and financial reporting

The Requirement:This role requires:

- A solid and confident individual, who is committed to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery




- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with TMS, SAP and CargoWise One, Preferred
- Experienced using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel)
- Must have full Australian working rights, and be based in NSW
