We specialise in overhead (OH) and underground (UG) electricity distribution networks, providing civil and electrical solutions for residential, commercial and infrastructure developments.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated Civil Worker to join our team in Sydney. You will support experienced crews with trenching, cable installation, and general civil works, while maintaining a robust focus on safety.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous labouring, landscaping or civil construction experience
- Current Driver’s Licence and White Card
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Commitment to Workplace Health & Safety
- Ability to perform physical, outdoor work
- MR or HR Truck Licence (desirable but not essential)
- Exposure to utilities or electrical works (advantageous)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist with trenching and excavation works
- Support cable installation and civil activities
- Identify and avoid underground services
- Set up safety barriers, signage, and site controls
- Maintain tools, equipment, and site cleanliness
- Backfill and restore work sites
