The Role
SKDA is seeking a Casual Customer Experience Assistant to join our Customer Experience team.
This role is the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping deliver the outstanding service that has become a key part of the SKDA brand. You'll assist customers with enquiries, orders, product advice and after-sales support while working closely with our Design, Manufacturing and Dispatch teams.
The role will commence as a casual position, working 3–5 days per week as business demand requires, with the opportunity for a Permanent Part-Time position for the right candidate.
Full training will be provided.
Duties Include (but are not limited to)
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat and social media.
- Assisting customers with product selection, ordering and general enquiries.
- Managing order updates, amendments and shipping enquiries.
- Supporting warranty claims, returns and replacement orders.
- Communicating with Design, Manufacturing and Dispatch teams to ensure orders progress smoothly.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
- Helping identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Supporting general administrative tasks within the Customer Experience team.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or similar customer-facing roles is highly regarded, however attitude, communication skills and a willingness to learn are more important than experience.
Experience with Slack, Gorgias or Aircall is advantageous but not essential.
An interest in motorcycles, motocross or the powersports industry is also advantageous, but certainly not required.
Full on-site training will be provided.
