? What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the National Automotive Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for our automotive customers, providing technical support, product advice, and outstanding service. Your day-to-day will include:

- Delivering in office support and guidance to automotive and technical clients.

- Preparing quotes, processing orders, and handling customer invoicing.

- Building strong relationships with trade partners to grow our brand and reputation.

? Your Role in Action

Working closely with leadership, you’ll help drive business growth and customer satisfaction through:

- Managing existing accounts and onboarding new customers with professionalism and care.

- Meeting strategic sales targets and contributing to budget goals.

- Applying your technical knowledge of automotive paint systems to support and educate customers.

- Maintaining strong ties with panel shops, fabricators, and commercial refinishers.





- Monitoring industry trends and adapting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

- Collaborating with supply partners to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

- Staying flexible and proactive in a fast-paced, evolving market.

- Upholding Workplace Health & Safety standards across all tasks.

? What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with a solid mix of technical know-how and people skills:

- Excellent verbal and phone communication.

- A positive, can-do attitude with strong time management and organisation.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Background in automotive coatings or spray-painting.

- Familiarity with protective coatings, refinishing supplies, or spray equipment.

- A spray-painting trade qualification (preferred).

- A current driver’s license (manual preferred but not essential).
