About the role

Join our kitchen team as a casual Breakfast Chef, preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes for resort guests each morning. You’ll work alongside a collaborative kitchen and food & beverage team in a fast-paced, well-supported environment. Reporting to the Head Chef, this role suits a passionate chef who takes pride in quality and presentation.

Duties

- Prepare and present breakfast dishes to exceptional quality standards

- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen at all times

- Implement stock control, rotation, and minimal wastage practices

- Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B; team during service

- Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience in a chef or breakfast-focused kitchen role





- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (highly regarded)

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

- Passion for quality plating, presentation, and culinary excellence

- Strong teamwork and ability to perform efficiently under pressure
