Join an established automotive spare parts business with a strong existing customer base across the trade and retail sectors, the business has significant potential to improve its operations, strengthen relationships and grow.

You'll combine your strong spare parts knowledge with customer service, internal sales and team leadership skills. Working closely with management, you'll help service existing customers while also identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen relationships and grow the business.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter who wants to have a genuine impact.

About The Role

- Full-time - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Fully office-based environment
- Interpret spare parts requirements and identify the right products for customers
- Handle customer enquiries across phone, email and face-to-face channels
- Process sales, quotes and customer orders accurately
- Provide knowledgeable internal sales and customer service support
- Identify opportunities to upsell and develop additional business
- Build robust relationships with trade customers, suppliers and preferred partners
- Support and provide direction to other team members
- Help improve processes, organisation and day-to-day branch functionality




- Assist with developing the existing customer database and business opportunities
- Work closely with management to help move the business forward

About You

- 10+ years experience in the automotive spare parts industry
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and interpretation
- Experience in internal sales, customer service and order processing
- Confident communicating by phone, email and face-to-face
- Previous leadership or team coordination experience
- Strong computer skills, with Excel experience highly regarded
- Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Patient and capable of working effectively with different personalities
- A genuine team player who enjoys helping others develop
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
