We are seeking a reliable and experienced Process Operator to join our clients production team. This is a casual opportunity offering consistent Monday to Friday work, weekly pay with opportunity to lead to a permanent position.

About the Role as a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that involves manual handling, standing for extended periods, and working in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes and product quality
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
- Carry out manual handling tasks as required
- Maintain a clean and organised work area




- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Essential: Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Highly desirable: Experience within the steel manufacturing or metal processing industry
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
