Our Fresh Produce Managers work through a diverse range of responsibilities that include assisting customers, ordering and replenishing displays, product preparation, rostering, team training and development, KPI adherence and business development, all while maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment. Please note, this position has a limited 6 month tenure. There is the possibility of continuing employment as a Produce Manager at another store if a position becomes available.

You should have:

- Proven ability in managing inventory and merchandise.

- Experience in managing a team.

- A sound knowledge of Fresh Produce.

- Retail passion and experience.

- An enthusiastic customer focused approach.

- Some weekend work may be required.

- A food handling certificate and a have a valuable knowledge of HACCP and OH & S procedures.
