Who You Are





You are a passionate and reliable Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with at least 6 months of Australian clinical experience. You are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and thrive in a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

You bring:

- Current AHPRA Registration

- Accredited Nursing Degree or Diploma

- COVID-19 and current Flu Vaccination Certificates

- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members

- Aged Care experience (preferred)

- Strong clinical decision-making, time management, and teamwork skills

Key Duties

- Conduct assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care

- Administer medications safely in line with legislation and professional standards

- Coordinate workloads according to resident needs and staff capabilities

- Maintain residents' dignity, comfort, and privacy at all times

- Lead by example, mentor support staff, and maintain professional standards

- Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with accreditation standards

- Foster a respectful, safe, and inclusive care environment

Tasks & Responsibilities

- One-on-one patient care

- Medication administration and care documentation

- Supervising and mentoring support staff

- Ensuring infection control protocols are followed





- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

- Applying sound knowledge of medication systems

- Effective clinical communication and decision-making

- Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes
