With multiple full time and part time positions available, you'll gain experience across acute, rehabilitation/GEM, palliative care and transit lounge services while working alongside a welcoming and supportive team.

The Contract: Multiple ongoing positions | Full Time and Part Time.

The Position:

Flanagan Ward is a 28-bed Acute, Subacute Rehabilitation/GEM, Palliative Care ward, supported by a 6-chair Transit Lounge. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, patient-centred care across acute, subacute, palliative and transit lounge services. You will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their admission, including clinical assessment, care planning, rehabilitation, discharge planning and patient flow, while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal applicant will demonstrate:

- Current AHPRA registration and relevant post-registration clinical experience in acute, subacute rehabilitation/GEM or palliative care nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and decision-making skills.




- Ability to recognise deterioration, prioritise care and support effective discharge planning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary setting.
- Compassionate and respectful care for patients and families, including end-of-life support.
