As a Casual Educator, you will be at the heart of our educational journey, actively engaging with our wonderful team, children, and families!

About your new role

- Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in supporting a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.

- Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.

- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.

- Contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a explicit cycle of reflective practice.

- Work in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.

A little about you

- Certificate III, Diploma or working towards or a higher qualification in children's services, as approved by ACECQA.

- Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

- Experience in an early childhood setting.

- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.

- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
