Duties

- Lead high-end residential projects from commencement to handover
- Drive construction programmes, sequencing and daily site operations
- Manage subcontractors, trades and suppliers across all build stages
- Liaise directly with clients, architects and project stakeholders
- Identify design, documentation and buildability issues early




- Coordinate procurement, materials, inspections and documentation
- Maintain exceptional standards across quality, safety and programme

Skills & Experience

- Trade-qualified Carpenter with strong technical knowledge
- 4+ years’ experience within high-end residential construction
- Proven delivery of $5M–$10M+ architectural homes end-to-end
- Read and interpret architectural and structural documentation
- Communicate confidently with clients, architects and trades
