CCS Traffic Solutions URGENTLY is seeking reliable, highly motivated, and safety-focused Team Leaders to join our team based in Airport West, with projects spanning across the South-Eastern, Northern, Western, and Central suburbs of Melbourne.

We’re looking for experienced Team Leaders. We want Team Leaders who are confident managing teams, take initiative, maintain Ute/Traffic equipment and bring a positive attitude. You’ll be provided with a take home Ute and expected to lead by example to ensure the safe and compliant flow of traffic on-site.

You’ll be part of a team responsible for managing the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians for our clients at various locations across Melbourne — always ensuring the highest levels of safety and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

- Team Leaders minimum 1+ years of experience





- A solid work ethic and a team-first mindset

- A commitment to safety, reliability and professionalism

- Manual Drivers Licence is highly preferred

Required Qualifications

All tickets must be current and valid

- White Card

- Minimum TC1, TMI1, TC2 & TMI2

OR

- RIIWHS302E & RIIWHS305E (completed prior to 01/03/2024)
