What you'll do:

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious People & Capability Advisor to join our People Team. Reporting to the Senior P&C; Manager, this is a newly created role which will see the successful candidate be responsible for providing first-line advisory and partnering support to leaders and team members across Corporate Functions. The role supports the delivery of key people processes and cyclical activities, provides practical guidance on people policies and employee lifecycle matters. Additionally, you'll provide insights to inform decisions, and partners with the Senior People & Capability Manager to identify risks, improve ways of working and support a positive employee experience.

Other Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:





- Provide first-line advice on people processes, policies and employee lifecycle matters, applying judgement and escalating complex or high-risk matters as appropriate
- Support leaders to interpret and apply people policies, practices and available resources consistently and effectively
- Act as a key contact for general people and capability enquiries across Corporate Functions, providing clear guidance and timely follow-up
- Prepare employment-related documentation, correspondence, briefing notes and reports in line with company policies, procedures and governance requirements
- Prepare change-related materials, presentations and resources for leaders and team members
- Prepare regular people reports and analysis to support portfolio insights and decision making

What you'll bring:

- 2-4 years' experience in a People & Capability, HR Advisory or HR Coordination role. P&C; partnering experience will be highly regarded
- A solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR policies and employment legislation
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a diverse stakeholder group
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines




- High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential employee information
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing documentation, reports and stakeholder communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems, with an interest in using data and insights to guide decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
