Your new role
- Lead and mentor a team of Accounts Receivable and Credit professionals
- Manage a large and active customer ledger of > 2,000 accounts.
- Drive effective cash collection strategies and minimise overdue debt.
- Monitor receivables performance, reporting and compliance.
- Support process improvement initiatives and promote best practice across the AR function.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience leading an Accounts Receivable or Credit team.
- Strong understanding of collections, debtor management and cash flow optimisation.
- Ability to prioritise and remain organised in a high-volume environment.
- Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style.
