Beresfield, NSW | $34.14/hr Day Shift | Ongoing Work | Weekly Rosters | Permanent Opportunities Available

APG Workforce is currently seeking reliable, hardworking, and physically fit Process Workers to join a leading poultry processing facility in Beresfield. This is an essential production role within the hanging department, working with both chickens and turkeys in a fast-paced environment.
No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a secure role with ongoing hours, we want to hear from you.

About the Role
Working as part of the processing team, you will play a critical role at the front end of production,



ensuring birds are handled efficiently and safely to support daily production targets.
Key duties include:

- Hanging live chickens and turkeys onto the production line
- Repetitive lifting and manual handling of up to 20kg
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Standing and moving for extended periods throughout the shift
- Maintaining high standards of workplace safety and hygiene
- Assisting with general production duties as required

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- The physical fitness required for repetitive manual tasks
- The ability to work in a quick-paced production environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Your own reliable transport and a current driver's licence
- Comfort working around live poultry and processing environments
- Immediate availability to commence work

Due to strict biosecurity protocols, applicants:

- Must not own or have regular contact with birds, chickens, poultry, pigs, or pig farms
- Must have no medical restrictions that would prevent repetitive manual handling or standing for extended periods
