Cooke & Dowsett Plumbing Group (CDPG) is growing fast, with a strong pipeline of major projects across Western Australia. We're looking for an organised, proactive Project Administrator to join our established Project Administration team at our Malaga Office.

You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers on some of Perth's most recognised commercial construction projects, with real opportunity to build a long-term career in an industry-leading business.

About the Role

Working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams, you'll be the organisational backbone of major projects, keeping documentation, reporting, compliance and procurement running accurately and on time, from project start through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Compliance

- Establish and maintain project files, registers and documentation

- Assist with subcontractor onboarding, compliance and inductions

- Monitor permits, licences and project compliance requirements

Procurement & Reporting

- Raise purchase orders and support procurement activities

- Track project milestones,



variations and key deliverables

- Prepare progress claims, reports and project correspondence

- Maintain accurate records in project management and ERP systems

Coordination

- Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes

- Support project teams with document control and general administration

About You

- 2+ years' administration experience, ideally supporting projects, contracts or operations

- Construction, trades, engineering or building services background highly regarded (not essential)

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Strong time management and ability to juggle shifting priorities

- High attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
