We’re currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Property Manager to join our close-knit team.

- Assist with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio

- Coordinate and attend routine inspections, entry and exit inspections

- Liaise with tenants and landlords to ensure a high level of customer service

- Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and documentation

- Support in coordinating repairs and maintenance requests with tradespeople

- Manage rent collections and follow up arrears under supervision

- Ensure compliance with ACT tenancy legislation

- Maintain accurate records and files in our property management system
