We're on the lookout for a Senior Sales Assistant to come and join the team at HILLZEEZ - Albany!

We stock apparel, accessories, wetsuits and shoes, as well as a range of essential products for all your surfing and skating needs.
Combined with our sister-store, Subculture, and our very own Ripcurl stores in Busselton and Albany, we provide our down south community with an iconic shopping experience and access to all the gear, all the year!
About the role:
As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and passion for sales in a quick-paced retail environment!
You will support our team to provide outstanding customer experiences and achieve business outcomes across the HILLZEEZ Surf Store, and our newly opened Subculture and Ripcurl Stores in Albany.
You will collaborate with our Assistant Store Managers and the Store Manager to drive team performance in customer service, stock merchandising, inventory management, product knowledge and overall HILLZEEZ VIBE!
This role will be predominately Tuesday-Saturday role with a Sunday/Monday RDO. (This is not a Monday to Friday job)
This role is responsible for:
- Assisting the leadership of our retail operations team in Albany, WA
- Setting the example of how to provide an outstanding customer experience instore, and supporting the junior staff to deliver this themselves
- Merchandising stock instore, in alignment with business standards
- Driving compliance with business processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency back to store management
Ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for our Great Southern community
- Enthusiasm for surf and skate products
- Ability to drive results and meet business KPIs instore
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent skills in the use of the MS Office Suit
