About You
This role would suit someone with a background in recruitment, ideally within construction recruitment, commercial construction, civil, engineering or related sectors.

- We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident building and maintaining strong client relationships
- A natural communicator and relationship builder
- Comfortable with business development or willing to develop these skills
- Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Pathway Recruitment,



you will have genuine autonomy over your market, clients and relationships, with the backing of a small and experienced team.

This is a 360 degree recruitment role where you will manage the full recruitment process and have the opportunity to build something of your own.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Building strong and lasting relationships with clients through business development and networking
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from the initial client brief through to placement and aftercare
- Developing a strong candidate network within your market
- Becoming the go to consultant for your clients and candidates
- Identifying opportunities to grow your desk and develop new business
- Supporting marketing initiatives and other business projects
- Tracking and reporting on weekly activity and results
