No trust accounting. No routine inspections. No lease renewals. No 6pm Friday disputes. No on call, no weekends. Just a Monday to Friday role where your property background is exactly what we need.

We help homeowners, landlords, and agencies stay compliant, and we do it with the client front of mind in everything we do. It's a small, direct team, so you won't be lost in a big corporate structure, you'll be one of the people actually running things day to day.

What the job actually looks like

- Coordinating technician schedules for compliance jobs, built around automated entry notices

- Ringing customers directly to book appointments when entry notices aren't available

- Keeping jobs moving so they're finished within compliance deadlines

- Booking upgrade and inspection work

- Checking daily technician runs to keep them effective





- Preparing agency key lists (mostly automated already)

Who tends to do well here

- Property management or real estate background (this is genuinely what we're after)

- People who can talk to tenants, agencies, and landlords without needing a script

- People who are solutions focused, if we can help, we will

- People who stay calm under pressure, keep the client's experience front of mind, and just get on with fixing things

- Solid computer skills and comfort picking up new systems fast
