We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their fast-paced team at Arndell Park. This role is crucial for keeping operational paperwork moving smoothly and supporting daily site administration.

Your New Role:

- Serve as an essential administrative support point, managing daily email correspondence and handling routine internal and external inquiries.

- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into operational databases and tracking systems.

- Handle scanning, indexing, and uploading transport dockets, job sheets, and compliance paperwork.

- Maintain clean digital record archives and support the site management team with general office tasks.

About You:

- Proven, hands-on experience in general administration, data entry, scanning, and managing inbox communications.

- Strong digital literacy with accurate typing skills and confidence using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy during high-volume repetitive tasks.

- Comfortable working in office at an operational waste facility and operating independently.
