The Role

As Sales Person, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a dynamic sales team, and ensuring the branch achieves its sales and service targets. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, sales management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and production team to achieve branch targets.

- Drive caravan sales through exceptional customer service and effective business development.

- Manage stock levels, showroom presentation, and branch operations.
