Laing O’Rourke, with joint venture partner Amentum Australia, will play a central role in supporting Australian Naval Infrastructure (ANI)
to develop and deliver the Nuclear-Powered Submarine Construction Yard (NPSCY) project at Osborne, South Australia. We will provide program and construction management services of nuclear related civil infrastructure, site‑wide nuclear licensee development expertise, and nuclear safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute works efficiently to achieve project outcomes.
- Provide timely and reliable technical support to delivery teams.
- Challenge designs and drive practical, constructable solutions.
- Utilise Digital Engineering to improve planning and coordination.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
About You
- Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical/Geotechnical) with Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the Design/Engineering/ Construction field.
- Previous experience working in high-risk construction industry
- Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level.
