- Assess strategic fit of customers within Epiroc’s portfolio, guiding prioritisation based on long-term value and industry dynamics.

- Support development of growth strategies grounded in deep sector understanding and proven commercial experience.

- Advise leadership on where Epiroc can strengthen its market position and value proposition using real-world industry insight.

Internal Alignment and Execution

- Act as a senior advisor across Sales, Capital, Parts & Services, RDT, Automation, Digital Solutions, Engineering, and Product teams.

- Ensure opportunities are effectively qualified, captured, and progressed with a structured and experience-informed approach.

- Enhance account planning and executive reporting with high-quality insights derived from deep market understanding.

- Support the conversion of early engagement into measurable pipeline, specification preference, and long-term revenue.

Key Measures of Success

- Early and consistent Epiroc engagement in priority projects during study and specification phases.

- Increased visibility and accuracy of future project pipeline informed by industry insight.

- Stronger positioning of Epiroc solutions through proactive, experience-driven specification influence.

- Sustainable growth across Capital, Parts & Services, RDT, automation, and digital offerings.

- More effective customer portfolio prioritisation based on strategic industry understanding.

- Reduction in late-stage, reactive sales scenarios due to earlier expert engagement.

Experience and Capability Requirements

- Extensive (typically 10–20+ years) experience within mining, OEM, engineering, technology, capital equipment,

or related industrial sectors.

- Deep, practical understanding of mining project lifecycles, study phases, EPC/EPCM models, and customer decision-making frameworks.

- Established reputation as a trusted industry expert with strong professional networks and credibility.

- Proven track record of influencing complex, high-value projects and engaging senior stakeholders at executive level.
