About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Support Workers to join our team in Permanent Part Time and Casual positions.

You will work closely with participants with a range of support needs, assisting them to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and actively participate in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing person-centred support in participants' homes and the community

- Assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and household tasks

- Supporting participants with community access and social engagement

- Administering or assisting with medications (where appropriately trained)

- Completing accurate progress notes and documentation

- Promoting participant choice, dignity, and independence

- Following NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies, and positive behaviour support strategies

About You

We are looking for people who are:

- Passionate about supporting people with disability

- Reliable, professional, and compassionate

- Able to build solid rapport and maintain professional boundaries

- Confident working independently and as part of a team





- Possessing clear verbal and written communication skills in English for participant support

- Comfortable completing accurate documentation and reports

Essential Requirements

- Full working rights in Australia

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)

- Current Working with Children Check

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

- Valid Driver's Licence

- Reliable insured vehicle

- Smartphone and basic computer skills

- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays

Desirable

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, or similar

- Experience supporting people with complex needs, mental health, psychosocial disability, dementia, or behaviours of concern

- Medication Administration training

- Manual Handling training

Applicants must be Australian citizens or hold permanent residency with unrestricted work rights in Australia.
