- Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for both all-day dining, à la carte services and functions

- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet the highest standards set by the restaurant.

- Maintain a clean, organised work area, following all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with senior chefs and the kitchen team to ensure effective kitchen operations, especially during peak service times.

- Execute additional requests or tasks assigned by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs as needed.

- Requirements:

- Full working rights in Australia





- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef or Chef De Partie in a similar high-end hospitality environment

- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or above.

- Strong communication skills in English.

- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, evenings when necessary

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a robust commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.

- Previous experience within a luxury environment is most desirable

Uniforms are supplied and laundered.
