We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join this high-performing agency in Melbourne’s Inner South East.

The Role

- Manage a high-end residential portfolio with full end-to-end responsibility with leasing support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee leasing, inspections, maintenance, arrears and compliance
- Provide proactive, personalised service to a premium client base
- Work within a boutique environment where your experience is genuinely valued

About You
- 5+ years’ property management experience
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation




- Confident managing a premium portfolio independently
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Qualified presentation and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service
