✨ There's room to grow. As a growing clinic, there are opportunities to develop your career, build areas of clinical expertise and grow with the team.
✨ Your contribution matters. We're a family-owned business, which means we're big enough to provide the support and resources you need,
but small enough that we know our people and genuinely care about their experience.
? About Ladybug House
Ladybug House is a family-owned paediatric allied health clinic with locations in Melbourne and the Gold Coast, providing Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services to children and their families.
We're passionate about the work we do and the difference we can make — not only for the children and families we support, but also for each other and our broader community.
We believe great clinical care starts with supporting the clinicians who provide it.
About the role
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Keilor East team.
This is an opportunity to work with children and their families, providing assessment and intervention, while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team. The role is primarily based on-site at our Keilor East clinic with the option to also see clients in the community.
We're open to part-time or full-time employment, and we're happy to discuss your preferred working arrangements. Our clinic hours are 8:30am–5:00pm but we are also happy to discuss flexible hours as well.
Whether you're looking for your first paediatric role, wanting to develop your skills in paediatrics, or an experienced clinician looking for a supportive team to call home, all experience levels are welcome to apply.
